Land and plots on lulu.rw covers plots and land across Rwanda. You can narrow the list by land type - residential land, commercial land, industrial land, mixed-use land or farmland - by size in square metres, by price range, by district or town, and by which facilities already reach the plot: water supply, electric supply, gas supply, domestic sewage, rainwater drainage and car parking.

Land is the category where the paperwork matters most. Ask the seller for the UPI (Unique Parcel Identifier), confirm the parcel is registered, and check that the person selling is the registered owner before any money changes hands. Confirm the plot size and the unit it is quoted in, since prices are advertised both per plot and per square metre. Facilities are the other price driver: a plot with water and electricity already at the boundary costs more than a comparable one without, but connecting them later is rarely cheaper. Check road access and whether the road is usable year-round, and confirm the land type matches what you intend to build.
