Listings come from across Rwanda, and on this page you can narrow them by price range and by district or town. Each sub-category adds its own detailed filters - bedrooms, bathrooms, size in square metres, furnishing, parking, property condition, land type and commercial property type - so it is usually quicker to pick the property type first and filter from there.

Real estate prices in Rwanda vary widely between properties of a similar size, so it is worth knowing what to look at in each type. For land, ask the seller for the UPI number and confirm the parcel is registered before any payment. For houses and apartments, check whether the property is finished or still under construction, whether water and electricity are connected, and whether rent is quoted per month or per year. For commercial space, confirm the lease length and what fit-out is included.
