Short stays are priced differently from long leases, so check what the rate covers. Confirm whether the price is per night, per week or per month, and whether water, electricity, internet and cleaning are included. Ask how many people the place sleeps, whether there is a kitchen, and what the minimum stay is. For a stay of a month or more, ask whether the rate is negotiable.
