All the quotations should be submitted in sealed envelopes with the following mentions: “RFQ-2025/01/Op/Log/002 for printing materials and forms of Urwego Finance CBC, and submit your bids to the reception of Urwego Finance at its head office located at , Plot 428, KG5 RD, UMUYENZI PLAZA, Remera Sector,Gasabo, Tel. +250 788173100, Website: urwegobank.com;The bidder / company is requested to mention his address too in the corner side of the same envelopeThe quotations received, and acknowledged at the head office , will be opened and analyzed for selection of the best qualified company; by the Tender Committee Members of Urwego Finace , who will thereafter inform each bidder of the selection decision.The quotations should include the VAT Certificate, a valid Tax clearance certificate issued by RRA, RDB certificate (Registre de Commerce).
