Duties and Responsibilities
Delivering scripted information to describe the company’s productsResurveying clients to reconfirm if the details on the entry forms are correctConfirming the attendance of the clients.Meeting daily set targets.Dealing with complaints to safeguard the company’s reputation.Completing customer surveys to obtain information about potential customers
Requirements and Qualification
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in related fieldFluent in Both French and EnglishPrior experience in a customer related environmentFriendly approachable and outgoing.Working knowledge of social media platform tools.Ability to travel.
Successful candidates must be well spoken and be outgoing with good people skills.
