King Faisal Hospital Kigali (KFH, R) invites National qualified law firms to submit proposals for the provision of legal services to King Faisal Hospital Rwanda, as indicated in detail in the Schedule of Requirements.

Tender Documents in English may be obtained from King Faisal Hospital Rwanda, Procurement Office during working hours (08:30 to 16:30) from Monday to Friday, except on public holidays, upon presentation of proof payment of a non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand (10,000Rwf) to Account N° 6775021405 opened at ECOBANK.

All bids shall be accompanied by a bid Security of 200,000Rwf from recognized financial institutions.

Well-printed proposals (technical and financial) in separate envelopes, properly bound and presented in three copies (1 original and 2 copies), must reach the Procurement Office of King Faisal Hospital, Rwanda, at the address mentioned below no later than 2:00 PM local time on February 12th, 2025. Late proposals will be rejected.

Proposals will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at the address below on February 12th, 2025, at 2:30 PMlocal time.

The outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name and title.
